Particularly good location for Naples, close to the museum and station, Napoli, and the public transport and main attractions in Naples. Also, very close to the center. Spacious room with particular decor, friendly staff. Had a safe, TV set, and a mini-fridge-bar.

It was a perfect place to stay in Naples. Got extremely spacious and amazing room with particular decor. - There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator upon arrival. - the location was magnificent, next to a subway station. We had a fantastic stay in a centrally located B&B near the Museo metro station. the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. the bathroom, although not ensuite, was private and easily accessible from the room. the breakfast provided was plentiful and delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We especially appreciated the convenience of having a microwave, coffee maker, and washer and dryer available. the location near the center and the Museo metro station made exploring the city a breeze.

There were some language barriers that made communication difficult at times.

The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the center and a 30-minute walk from the port and ferrys. the room, bathroom, and common areas were extremely clean. the hosts were very helpful and accommodating, allowing for a very early check-out due to the autonomous check-out system. the price and quality of the stay were exceptional. the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. there were different free snacks and a cold water bottle provided in the fridge.

The triple room at B&B Punto Stella was amazing! It had a super comfy bed and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot Naples weather. Plus, the private entrance and balcony gave it a cozy and personal feel. I absolutely loved it!

The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the shower in the private bathroom. It was a bit small for my liking, but hey, that's just my opinion.

Although the room had glass panels near the ceiling, it didn't bother me much as the room itself was comfortable. The bathroom, while not inside the room, was still private and easily accessible.

The room was absolutely amazing! I have never stayed anywhere so luxurious in my life. the little touches, like baskets of snacks, a fridge stocked with water and juices, and a coffee machine, made me feel pampered. the location was also perfect - just a short walk to both the metro station and the historic center. It was a great base for exploring the city. it was an incredible experience.

the room was a bit chilly and could have used a proper blanket and some heating. the bathroom was located outside of the room, which was a bit inconvenient.
